I know we all love junk food and beverages but is it really worth getting out of shape and dying for? Fast Food restaurants are constantly creating new ideas for food and drinks. Yes they may taste good but you know damn well it's not good for you. I know sometimes you just need something to eat real quick & a fast food restaurant is your best option but it doesn't have to be.
I recently saw a commercial for Burger King, I think they're doing something different, but one of the names for a meal or whatever was called "I can't see my toes". -_- Like really, are you kidding me. Someone would actually buy something called that. That's what's gonna happen to you if you continue to eat shit like that. & then fast food commercials get celebrities like David Beckham, Sofia Vergara, etc. to do these commercials for sodas and fast food. It's like they expect us to buy the sodas & food just because they got these high end celebrities in their commercials, eating their food and selling their beverages. You know & some of yall actually do -_-
I understand that fast food, candy & soda can taste fucking delicious but that doesn't mean you should buy them ALL the time. Have a salad once in awhile instead of a McDonalds burger. Have water instead of Pepsi or Coke. Eating mainly fast food nearly everyday isn't gonna do anything for you but make you so out of shape that you won't be able to get out of bed in the morning. It seems like people's life's revolves around snacks, food, candy & soda that aren't healthy.
Candy isn't gonna do anything but give you cavities. Sodas aren't gonna do anything but make you bloated and leave you wanting more. Same with junk food & snacks. Now I'm not saying I'm perfect or anything, I'm just saying We The People don't NEED to always go for junk food and beverages. By no means am I trying to tell anyone what and what not to eat, I'm just saying please be aware that fast food and beverages are not helping us, at all. I'm just tired of seeing people be overweight then complain about it. How about you stop eating Burger King, McDonalds, Wendy's, KFC, Popeye's everyday and actually work out. *shrugs*
